Sandra Palmore During our Jan. 28th HKCD Meeting, the Board unanimously approved the appointment of Sandra Palmore to fill the vacancy left by Tami Anderson. Sandra is retired from heading a competitive intelligence team for the Boston Consulting Group. Her other job experiences have been information related: working in libraries, teaching in library school and indexing. Her avocation since a chld has been to be outdoors. She has been at Isle Royale every year since 1973 backpacking and canoeing. She is a master gardener and volunteer at the Stillwater Gardens. Currently she is working on counting frogs for the DNR and nesting birds for a five year survey. She is a member of Bat Conservation International, The International Dark Sky Association, International Crane Foundation and the Nature Conservancy..
