Northern white cedar bareroot seedlings, 25 per bundle.

Small to medium tree, reaching heights of around 30-50 feet at maturity and long lived. Grows on a variety of basic (pH +7) sites, especially those that are poorly drained/wet, but can also grow on upland sites with higher water tables. Very shade-tolerant and very slow-growing. A favorite for deer, especially in winter. Caging or some other form of protection is strongly recommended unless large amounts of cedar regeneration exist and persist in the immediate surrounding area.
